Staff Product Designer

Define and drive the product design vision from initial concepts to live products. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create innovative user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product design vision — from the first sketch to live product
• Invent new interaction paradigms for a world where AI agents do the work, and humans supervise and steer
• Work hand-in-hand with product and engineering to rapidly explore, prototype, and iterate

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a product designer with expertise in desktop web, mobile web, and native app experiences
• Strong on the tools: You can independently own end-to-end design work — from early visual concepts through to polished UI and developer handoff
• Technically minded: You’re energized by working with AI, automation, or complex systems — and can think through both capabilities and limitations
