The role involves partnering with product designers to craft clear and accessible UX copy for product feature launches while maintaining content quality standards. The individual will also collaborate with various teams to ensure consistency and clarity across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product designers on content for product feature launches, with a primary focus on crafting clear, accessible UX copy for features and product journeys
  • Maintain content quality standards and champion best practices within the design team
  • Contribute to content governance initiatives, ensuring consistency and clarity across platforms
  • Participate in design critiques and provide informed content perspective to product discussions
  • Apply content design principles, including information architecture, tone, and accessibility standards

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or related fields, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates capability
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear, user-centered content
  • Excellent eye for detail and command of language
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to articulate decisions and collaborate effectively
  • Adaptability to work with different teams and operating rhythms
  • Ability to receive and integrate feedback constructively
  • Self-management skills to handle workload with regular check-ins
