- Maintain content quality standards and champion best practices within the design team

- Participate in design critiques and provide informed content perspective to product discussions
- Apply content design principles, including information architecture, tone, and accessibility standards
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or related fields, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates capability
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear, user-centered content
- Excellent eye for detail and command of language
- Good interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to articulate decisions and collaborate effectively
- Adaptability to work with different teams and operating rhythms
- Ability to receive and integrate feedback constructively
- Self-management skills to handle workload with regular check-ins
