
The Product Designer will create user-friendly and visually appealing design solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will apply user research insights to inform design decisions and maintain design consistency across products.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design process by creating user-friendly and visually appealing solutions that align with user needs and business goals
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure cohesive and impactful product designs
- Apply user research insights, personas, and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions, focusing on creating seamless user experiences
- Develop prototypes, wireframes, and mockups that clearly communicate design ideas and can be translated into functional interfaces
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design skills and outcomes
- Support the maintenance of the design system by adhering to established guidelines and contributing to platform-wide consistency
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio that highlights design work and problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in Figma and its application in collaborative design workflows
- Passion for design, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends and practices
- Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web design basics
- Familiarity with typography, color theory, and creating visually appealing, user-friendly designs
- Understanding of user-centered design processes, including planning user research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that designs meet high-quality standards
- Solutions-oriented mindset, capable of tackling design challenges effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
