The Product Designer will own the end-to-end user experience and design process, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. They will design research-led experiences that help users navigate complex data and workflows effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience and design process
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to design solutions
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Create and maintain information architecture, scalable UI patterns, and design systems
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
- Strong portfolio of user-centred digital products
- Proven ability to work across discovery and delivery
- Strong experience with user research
- Fluency in both English and German
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
