The Lead Product Designer will manage and mentor the design team while advocating for user needs across departments. They will create and oversee user experience design solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor the design team
- Report directly to the CPO
- Attend weekly Product leadership meetings
- Promote and champion design consistency
- Create and oversee detailed user experience design solutions
Requirements
- BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Human Factors, Psychology, HCI, Product Design, Architecture, Industrial design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role (Product work, not just websites)
- A strong portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
- Experience working with and creating pattern libraries
