Product Designer, Program Foundations

The Product Designer will create seamless experiences for members managing multiple health conditions and simplify complex workflows for onboarding and program management. They will also design migration experiences and ensure consistency across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Create a seamless and intuitive experience for members to work on multiple conditions in parallel
- Map complex workflows and simplify onboarding, program management, and care experiences
- Design a smooth migration experience to help members transition from legacy products to new platforms
- Work with other teams to understand and support the discoverability and integration of new programs into the existing platform
Requirements
- A polished and updated portfolio showing shipped or in-progress product work
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Interaction, Industrial, Product, Service design, Human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience
- Experience contributing to end-to-end product design on native mobile platforms
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, basic user research, and design documentation
