Lead Product Designer

Design and own customer flows that shape how homeowners explore and understand the product. Lead customer research and collaborate with various teams to improve conversion and reduce friction.
Responsibilities
- Design and own top-of-the-funnel customer flows that shape how homeowners explore our product, understand it, and move forward
- Lead customer research through discovery interviews, usability testing, and surveys
- Partner on product analytics and experimentation to identify friction and hesitation, and design solutions that measurably improve conversion
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex, consumer-facing digital products with clear ownership over outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to independently tackle ambiguous design problems
- Deep experience in user research, including discovery, synthesis, and applying insights to product decisions
