Senior Product Designer, Member Growth

The Senior Product Designer will work with their pod to identify user problems and design solutions to improve the member experience. They will partner with cross-functional teams to execute product strategy and enhance engagement with Spring's member platform.
Responsibilities
- Work with your pod to identify and understand user problems stemming from identification, activation, engagement, and retention focused business initiatives
- Design solutions that test hypotheses and gain signals for further improvements
- Partner with design, product, engineering, data science, and marketing to create meaningful and measurable impacts on key areas of Spring's member funnel
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a product designer at a software company
- Portfolio of work that demonstrates experience working in a growth design role and having impact on growth metrics
- Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science, as well as collaborating with external stakeholders
