Associate, UX Designer

Assist the UX lead in executing the product vision through the end-to-end design process. Collaborate with research teams to make data-driven design decisions and deliver optimized solutions for web and mobile interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the UX lead to formulate and execute the product vision
- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions that are optimized for web and mobile interfaces
- Partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products
- Share design best practices, align on patterns, and promote a design-centric culture at the firm
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, preferably Master's degree
- 2-5 years of experience as a UX designer
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
- Ability to leverage research, wireframes and prototypes to effectively validate and enhance design concepts
