The Learning Experience Product Designer will oversee the end-to-end learning experience for an undergraduate degree program, ensuring mission-aligned and student-centered learning. Responsibilities include curriculum development, instructional design, and integrating learning technologies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the design lead for an entire undergraduate degree program, overseeing end-to-end learning experiences across all modules
- Design mission-aligned learning experiences that integrate experiential learning, self-leadership, and entrepreneurial mindsets
- Develop program-wide design principles and frameworks that create a consistent golden thread across modules
- Lead the creation of product blueprints that scaffold student learning journeys from foundational to advanced skills development
Requirements
- Master's degree in education, curriculum, instruction, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning technology integration
- Strong understanding of student-centered, experiential learning design and entrepreneurial mindsets
