Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver software products while ensuring alignment with user needs and product requirements. Communicate design concepts through various methods and maintain consistent design systems throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, developers, product owners, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to design and deliver world-class software products
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deeply understand user needs and define product requirements
- Communicate design concepts using user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Contribute to and maintain consistent design systems, ensuring alignment across content, brand, and interactions
- Support stakeholder validation throughout the design and development lifecycle
- Provide design guidance to ensure pixel-perfect execution and overall product excellence
- Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies including story refinement, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, user-centered thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and design system experience
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools; ability to quickly learn new tools as needed
- Solid background in human-centered design and UX best practices
- Experience conducting user research and using data to inform design decisions and business requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders
- Comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement in user experience
- Advanced level of English
