Senior Product Designer, Visa Open Banking (Fixed-Term Contract)

The Senior Product Designer will deliver outstanding user experiences through initial designs and iterative updates while conducting user research to understand customer needs. They will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure high-quality design execution and contribute to Visa’s Global Open Banking Platform design system.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding user experiences to customers through initial designs and iterative updates
- Design from concept to implementation, considering usability, accessibility, localization, scalability, and crafting clear, concise interface copy
- Conduct user research studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data to understand customer needs, validate design decisions, and refine user experience
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality design execution
Requirements
- Experience in product design for mobile and web platforms, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Fluency with design systems and technical implementations
- Ability to clearly present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong prototyping skills with a focus on clear and effective visual communication
