Senior Product Designer - Searchandising (Remote)

As a Product Designer, you will design systems for merchandisers to optimize ranking and recall in shopping experiences. Your work will directly influence key metrics like revenue and customer retention for major retailers.
Responsibilities
- Design the end-to-end systems that let merchandisers fine-tune ranking and recall across Search and Browse shopping experiences
- Partner with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and merchandisers to transform complex workflows into intuitive tools
- Bring transparency to cause-and-effect—showing how every change affects items, positions, and page metrics
- Unlock rapid experimentation with personalisation and AI-assisted suggestions
