Responsibilities
- Design and improve user experiences for digital products and services
- Propose visual and functional improvements that generate value for the user and the business, working autonomously and with minimal supervision
- Participate in user research activities, including interviews, conversations, and usability tests, selecting and applying adequate techniques to validate design solutions
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints, contributing to the delivery of high-impact digital products
- Analyze experience risks in products, propose solutions together with stakeholders, and participate in the definition and evaluation of experiments for continuous product improvement
- Design interfaces and user experiences for digital products and services
Requirements
- University degree or technical degree in Systems Engineering, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- 3-4 years of experience in digital product design
- Ability to design visually attractive interfaces applying correctly principles, rules, and design elements
- Experience in the use and adaptation of design systems for the creation and evolution of interfaces
- Knowledge and application of user-centered design methodologies with low supervision
- Ability to propose and manage quantitative experiments, such as A/B tests, on a small scale
- Skill in interpreting data reports and using insights for design decision-making
- Experience working in agile environments and multifunctional teams
- Domain of design tools and research such as Figma, Marvel, and Maze, and handling of office tools such as Microsoft Excel
