Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in visual, product, or digital design
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and explore complex challenges
- Excitement for storytelling and strategy, articulating design decisions clearly and persuasively
- Advocate for collaboration, guiding cross-functional teams through thoughtful communication and alignment
