As a Mid Product Designer, you will contribute to design decisions that balance user needs with business objectives and participate in the entire product design process. You will collaborate with stakeholders for ideation and feedback while ensuring design consistency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to design decisions that balance user needs with business objectives
- Participate in product design processes, from problem exploration to implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders in workshops and working dynamics
- Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, documenting and communicating design decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design or related field
- Dominance of design tools like Figma and Maze
- Microsoft Office skills, with intermediate Excel knowledge
- Ability to incorporate business requirements, user feedback, and technical constraints into design solutions
