Senior Product designer Convert F/H/X

The Senior Product Designer will define and justify a multichannel digital experience, collaborating closely with product teams to optimize the booking funnel for hospitality services. They will also contribute to improving design practices and the effectiveness of the team.

Responsibilities

• Define and justify a digital multichannel and intuitive experience with product teams
• Detect weak signals: collaborate with POs or PMs and User Researchers to dig and clarify user expectations and identify opportunities to seize
• Anchor design in practices: plead for the right approach within squads and facilitate team work with an adapted methodology to design the best possible user experience
• Build and improve: go from a still-moving idea to a robust prototype
• Contribute to improving practices and team efficiency (Design System, process implementation...)
• Make Accor-made product design shine internally (presentations, demos) and externally (meetups, articles, publications...)

Requirements

• Diploma from a Grand Ecole d'Ingénieur or Commerce generalist, computer science or Master's degree in Design
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with interlocutors from different services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present analysis results in a clear and concise manner
• Mastering user experience design both strategically and operationally and being able to explain it to interlocutors who are experts or novices in the field
• Mastering methodology and tools related to Product Design
• At least 6 years of experience as a Product Designer
• Successful experience in B2C Grand Public and e-commerce
• Rigorous and organized, able to lead and prioritize team work
• Empathy, active listening and pedagogy are key words for the candidate
• Current use of Figma and knowledge of a Design System
• Current English (presentations made in English)
