The Staff Product Designer will design intuitive interfaces for the company's products and actively participate in all stages of the design process. They will collaborate with various teams to ensure a shared vision and high-quality execution.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and functional interfaces for the Company’s products, following a user-centred and impact-driven approach
- Actively participate in all stages of the design process: qualitative and quantitative research, ideation, prototyping, user testing, through to final delivery in production
- Embrace a maker mindset: explore ideas by making them tangible from the earliest stages
- Translate ideas into clear visual concepts, storyboards, user scenarios, wireframes, prototypes and functional and design specifications
- Work closely with the Design Lead to plan, prioritise and coordinate design projects with autonomy
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Data teams and other stakeholders to ensure a shared vision and coherent execution
- Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience, drawing on user feedback, data and product goals
- Communicate design intent clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, through presentations, design reviews and detailed deliverables
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing consumer products, content-driven platforms, internal tools, or AI-powered features
- Proven track record of shipping impactful solutions at scale and iterating based on real user insights
- Strong understanding of visual design, interaction design, and system-level thinking across web and mobile
