Sr. Product Designer (Remote from Bulgaria)

Define and drive the mobile design experience for key areas of the enterprise platform while leading the design lifecycle for major initiatives. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver features that provide clear business value and a superior user experience.

Responsibilities

• Defining and driving the mobile design experience for key areas of the enterprise platform
• Leading the design lifecycle for major initiatives, including creating high-level frameworks and conceptual prototypes
• Collaborating with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver features that provide clear business value and a superior user experience
• Contributing to the evolution of the company's design system, ensuring patterns and components are scalable, consistent, and easy to use

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work on complex B2B or enterprise products
• Deep expertise in the end-to-end user-centered design process, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and testing
• A strong understanding of design principles and practices, combined with knowledge of technology frameworks
• Proven ability to drive design strategy and vision for large-scale product initiatives
