UX Designer

The UX Designer will take a user-centered approach to design, ensuring product success and end-user satisfaction. They will work within a cross-functional product team to lead products from discovery through iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Taking a user-centered approach to design to find the right solution for users
• Leading products from discovery through iterative delivery while maintaining a human-centered approach
• Solving the right problem through understanding user needs to deliver new or improved products and services
• Bringing a lean/iterative mindset and being open to having conversations over documentation
• Assisting with all dimensions of design research, usability evaluation, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual design
• Working with cross-functional teams and pairing with everyone - other designers, product managers, and product engineers

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience as a UX Architect, UX Designer, or Product Designer
• 1+ years of experience in at least one of the three design areas of expertise: user research, user experience design, or interaction design
• 1+ years of working effectively with Agile and lean philosophies
• 1+ years of experience working independently with clients or stakeholders and designing business or enterprise applications
• 1+ years of experience executing user-centered design methodologies and assisting with product design decisions from research through implementation
