Lead the UX design process for complex editorial workflows and tools, and translate research insights into concepts, wireframes, and prototypes. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and legal domain experts to implement concrete improvements.
Responsibilities
- Leading the UX design process for complex editorial workflows and tools
- Planning, executing, and analyzing user research and usability tests
- Translating research insights into concepts, wireframes, and prototypes
- Designing and validating scalable, user-friendly solutions that meet business goals and user needs
- Exploring and applying AI-driven possibilities in design and product strategy
- Ensuring consistency through design system principles and contributing to their further development
- Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and legal domain experts to turn ideas into concrete improvements
- Presenting and substantiating design choices based on research and best practices
- Sharing knowledge with team members and contributing to a strong UX culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in UX design, with at least one role in a product or platform environment
- Proven experience in designing in a context where speed and innovation are important
- In-depth knowledge of user-centered design, UX research, and iterative working
- Strong skills in designing complex user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Experience with user testing and translating results into concrete improvements
- Proficient in developing, applying, and maintaining design systems
- Experience with or interest in designing AI-supported workflows is a plus
- Fluent Dutch, with a sense of context within legal or government domains
- Available to work two days a week on location in Venlo
