Product Designer, Principal Associate

As a Product Designer, you will combine your design expertise with an understanding of customer needs to create innovative solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce design artifacts and champion a human-centered approach throughout the design process.
Responsibilities
- Combine craft expertise with an understanding of customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems
- Champion the customer through the design process, leveraging critical-thinking skills that factor in data, research insights, scalability, tech constraints and feedback
- Understand and apply business and customer strategy, facilitate design process activities with team and partners
- Actively build an understanding of the potential of tech and data capabilities and emerging technologies and use this knowledge to inform work
- Foster relationships with partners and continuously expand network, listening to diverse points of view and collaborating with an informed perspective
- Present work to audiences across levels and job functions using a human-centered approach that integrates design frameworks, data and research insights
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 3 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
- At least 4 years of experience in a Product Design role (preferred)
- At least 4 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma (preferred)
- At least 4 years of experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners (preferred)
- At least 4 years of experience working with an established design system (preferred)
- Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces (preferred)
