Senior Product Designer, Picnic - New York

The Senior Product Designer will lead design on the Delivery Team, focusing on creating an intuitive courier app and tools for delivery management. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build products that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Designing a courier app that delivers: Build an intuitive mobile app that guides couriers through complex workflows in the simplest way possible
• Building tools that power our delivery network: Create a suite of delivery management products that give our dispatch team total visibility and control
• Leveraging AI to supercharge how we design, sell, and support: Explore, design, and implement AI-powered solutions for our customers as well as internal tools for our design team
• Collaborating deeply with product managers, engineers, and operations: Iteratively plan, build, test, and launch products that solve real user problems and push the business forward

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product or UX design
• Strong full-stack design skills, from interaction design to visual design to system thinking
• A proven track record of building products from the ground up and working effectively with cross-functional partners
• Familiarity with designing complex data-driven applications like tables, maps, and analytics
• Familiarity with designing mobile apps
