Senior Product Designer (UX & UI focus)

The Senior Product Designer will lead design work end-to-end, collaborating with various teams to translate product strategy into actionable designs. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and ensuring design feasibility through collaboration with developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design work end-to-end across phases: problem framing, flows and information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
• Translate product strategy and business goals into clear user experiences, interfaces, and visual design outcomes.
• Collaborate directly with Front End developers and other engineers to ensure design feasibility, strong handoff, and implementation fidelity through build and QA.
• Design and ship experiences across multiple platforms, including responsive websites and native mobile apps (iOS, Android, and hybrid approaches).
• Create wireframes, journey and flow diagrams, prototypes, and polished UI to communicate concepts and gather feedback.
• Present work to clients clearly, including rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations; incorporate feedback without losing clarity, quality, or usability.

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada (Greater Toronto Area is preferred).
• 6 to 8+ years of experience in product design, UX and UI, or digital product design, ideally in a professional services or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI design, including interaction design, visual design, and shipped work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, prototyping, and working within design systems.
