Responsibilities
- Design the app's core experience, combining design with system thinking and scalability.
- Define how to drive personalized behavior change that leads to validated health improvements.
- Drive the overall product direction from the initial goal to detailed User Experience (UX) artifacts.
- Collaborate with a global UX organization and cross-functional partners to execute, learn, and iterate/elevate the craft and toolkit of the team.
- Lead with prototyping as a tool for exploring ideas, validating concepts, and communicating design solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms and working with technical/design teams.
- Portfolio or link to visual design work.
