Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will guide the vision, strategy, and execution of Ivo’s design system while managing a small team of designers. They will work closely with Product and Engineering to build a coherent and scalable design system that enhances product teams.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and scale component libraries, design tokens, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ivo's design system
- Partner closely with Engineering to ensure system adoption and implementation quality
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design, design systems, or front-end/UI engineering
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience building design systems for SaaS platforms
- Deep expertise in Figma, component libraries, tokens, variants, and systematic file organization
