Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design strategy for high-impact growth initiatives

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products
• A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, exceptional craft, experimentation leadership, and clear examples of design decisions that moved key product metrics
• Deep expertise in scaling and extending design systems
• Operates with high autonomy and clarity, navigating ambiguity with confidence while delivering high-quality outcomes at speed
