The UX Designer will own and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and usability across products. They will collaborate with engineers to ensure design components are technically feasible and support product designers in using the design system effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the design system, including components, patterns, foundations, and interaction guidelines.
- Define and maintain standards to ensure consistency and usability across all products and modules.
- Design, document, and maintain reusable UI components and interaction patterns.
- Establish clear contribution, review, and release processes for the design system.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design system components are technically feasible, well-implemented, and maintainable.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design.
- Hands-on experience creating or maintaining a design system or large-scale component library.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Experience working closely with engineers in a product development environment.
