The role involves facilitating workshops for co-design and user needs gathering, as well as creating user journeys and interface prototypes. Additionally, the designer will conduct user testing and maintain the design system while working iteratively in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Animating workshops internally and externally
- Creating user journeys and prototypes for new features
- Maintaining and evolving the design system
- Conducting user tests and analyzing results
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B2B and/or SaaS solutions
- Curious and empathetic with a user-centric vision
- Comfortable in a collaborative, agile environment with strong autonomy
