The Junior Graphic Designer will conceptualize, create, and execute visually appealing designs for marketing materials while collaborating with senior designers and other team members. The role involves ideation, design creation, revisions, and finalizing artwork to align with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Design Creation and Execution: Primary responsibility of conceptualizing, creating, and executing visually appealing designs for various marketing materials
- Working closely with the team to understand project requirements, developing design concepts, and producing high-quality assets that adhere to established brand guidelines
- Collaboration and Communication: Effective collaboration is crucial for success in this role
- File Management and Documentation: The designer will be responsible for organizing and maintaining design files and related documentation
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design
- Design proficiency: Strong foundation in design principles, including but not limited to typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Visual Storytelling
- Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and translate concepts into compelling visual designs
- Attention to Detail
- Meticulous eye for detail to ensure accurate and high-quality design deliverables
- Collaboration and Communications
- Excellent collaboration skills, ability to communicate ideas clearly, and actively listen to feedback
