As a Graphic Designer, you will create impactful print and digital marketing materials and lead the design of innovative packaging. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure quality and brand consistency across all projects.
Responsibilities
- Create impactful print and digital marketing materials, including in-store signage, weekly email newsletters, website content updates, and B2B outreach collateral
- Lead the design and development of innovative, visually appealing, and functional packaging that aligns with brand and sustainability guidelines
- Incorporate sustainability practices into packaging design while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Prepare production-ready artwork files, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency
- Collaborate with printers, product manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards
- Stay ahead of design trends, competitor strategies, and emerging materials or techniques
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on packaging and retail marketing
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Xd) and proficiency in packaging design
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design work in retail or consumer-focused industries
- Knowledge of printing techniques, packaging materials, and production processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both internal teams and external partners
- A passion for creativity, attention to detail, and continuous learning
