Lead the conceptual development and execution of major multi-channel campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Manage end-to-end design of high-visibility projects and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual development and execution of major multichannel campaigns
- Translate complex marketing objectives into compelling visual stories and experiences
- Drive the evolution of brand aesthetics and visual systems
- Independently manage end-to-end design of high-visibility projects
- Assist with direction for seasonal direct mail photography and campaign visuals
- Maintain an exceptional standard of design quality, detail, and consistency across all projects
- Partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to shape cohesive campaign and brand execution
Requirements
- Strong communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Basic knowledge of print production processes and file preparation
- Familiarity with digital asset creation and optimization for web platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple production tasks and work efficiently under deadlines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar field preferred
- Portfolio showcasing design work is required
