Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact visual content across various formats
- Translate marketing and creative briefs into compelling visual concepts
- Maintain and organize a centralized archive of design assets
- Collaborate with marketers, designers, and copywriters to refine visuals and messaging
- Present ideas and final designs confidently to creative and marketing leadership
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's branding, design systems, and style guidelines
Requirements
- Must provide an online portfolio showcasing previous work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Figma
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles
- Basic understanding of photography and print processes
- Adaptability in conceptual thinking and ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives
- Innovative design problem solver with good creative instincts
- Organized and highly detail-oriented
- Team player with effective communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of agency or in-house creative team experience
