Product Designer (B2B SaaS)

The Product Designer will develop a deep understanding of users and their problems, create UI designs, and collaborate with teams to improve user experience. They will also help build the design function from scratch as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Develop a very deep understanding of our users, user personas, and their problems
• Explore the problem space, understand user needs, and develop hypotheses with the product and engineering team
• Create wireframes and mockups to quickly test and communicate ideas
• Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, and QA team to build, test, and roll-out features and changes across all devices
• Identify core areas of friction in the product and iteratively improve the overall user experience

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience solving product design problems for SaaS products
• Top-tier product designer with a strong understanding of their craft and ability to drive impact
• Proficient with design tools and basic understanding of front-end languages
• Data-driven with ability to articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions to the team
• Excellent at working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA)
• High agency and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives
• High standard of work with understanding of how to deliver world-class user experiences
