Product Designer (all genders)

As a Product Designer, you will design intuitive experiences for corporate travelers and meeting planners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered products. Your focus will be on simplifying complex booking journeys and ensuring usability and efficiency in the design.

Responsibilities

• Own usability and simplicity: Design “Apple-esque” experiences that transform complex booking flows into clear, elegant, and emotionally engaging interactions
• Design intelligent, data-driven interfaces: Leverage data, market benchmarks, and customer criteria to build adaptive, context-aware experiences
• Build AI-first user journeys: Apply generative and predictive AI design patterns that anticipate user intent, minimize friction, and continuously learn from usage data
• Drive measurable business impact: Use funnel analytics, conversion metrics, and satisfaction data to improve repeat usage, cross-segment adoption, and time-to-booking

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design for B2B or B2C digital products, ideally within complex, data-rich ecosystems
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Uizard, Lovable, Builder.io, and Maze AI
• Proven experience using AI in UX research — from desk research and note-taking to data synthesis, documentation, and journey mapping
• Strong background in usability testing and iterative design, combining qualitative insights with behavioral data to address usability risk and validate design hypotheses
