The UX Designer will design and develop engaging user experiences for various digital products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role involves translating complex user needs into web and mobile features and ensuring designs align with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging user experiences for digital products
- Translate complex user needs and business requirements into web and mobile features
- Coach and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet user needs and business goals
- Use design tools to draft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
- Research and assess user behavior and preferences through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to coach and review the work of other professionals
- Experience with design tools and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies

Benefits
