Lead the design strategy for the Customer Experience area, ensuring customer-centric solutions. Drive a culture of problem-solving through ideation, prototyping, and iterative validation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for the Customer Experience area
- Drive a culture of problem-solving through ideation, prototyping, and iterative validation
- Work iteratively with cross-functional partners to deliver value early
- Translate insights from research into clear user-focused problem statements
- Map and refine end-to-end user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities
- Generate innovative solutions that deliver clear customer value
- Lead concept testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience designing end-to-end experiences in a complex product environment
- Passion for customer-centricity and turning research insights into impactful solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Strong visual thinking, information architecture, UX, and interaction design skills
- Ability to turn research insights and business needs into clear design solutions
- Mastery of design tools like Figma and solid understanding of design systems and accessibility principles
