As a UX Designer, you will define and enhance the user experience for members and clients across various digital platforms. You will lead stakeholders in development projects and strategic initiatives to deliver user-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the identification of opportunities to improve the member and client experience, define business objectives and validate user needs
- Lead efforts to define the user journeys and the desired user experience within the sector of activity, based on research and analyses
- Ensure the design of mock-ups, user personalities, functional specifications and information architecture in the context of major projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
