The Product Designer II will own and lead full design cycles for features or product areas, translating requirements into clear, usable product features. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure designs balance usability with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead full design cycles for features or a product area
- Participate in design reviews and working sessions, helping the team develop effective and thoughtful solutions
- Translate requirements and ideas into clear, usable product features
- Contribute to design reviews and help refine solutions with the team
- Proactively explores and integrates AI and emerging technologies to shape your approach
Requirements
- At least 4 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience
- Foundational design-related education or equivalent practical industry experience
- Clear communication skills
- Solid visual design skills and attention to detail
- A curiosity to learn and adopt new tools, including AI
