The Lead UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design user experiences across multiple products. They will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, QA) to define and design user experiences across multiple products.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that follow established design systems and accessibility guidelines.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and business requirements.
- Document design specifications and provide assets for development handoff.
- Contribute to and help evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across products.
- Partner with other designers to maintain design quality and share best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role in product design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for web and/or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across time zones.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Key Skills
- Experience working on B2B or data-heavy products.
- Familiarity with design systems at scale.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
