Remote Contract Middle-weight

The UX Designer will focus on the final stages of the rebrand rollout, support the quote journey optimisation, and lead design experimentation. They will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation and use data to inform future improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on the final stages of the rebrand rollout, support the quote journey optimisation, and lead design experimentation
  • Act as the bridge between design and development to ensure high-quality implementation while using data to inform future proposition improvements
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to deliver work on time and in scope
  • Participate in UX workshops and Design Sprints to drive innovation, solve usability problems, and build intuitive user experiences

Requirements

  • Middle-weight UX/Product Designer with a solid understanding of full-cycle user-centred design
  • Best-in-class design, wireframe, and prototyping skills
  • Solid experience of using Figma
  • Experience of working with customer acquisition journeys in high-volume, consumer services domains
  • Ability to balance design decisions based on user and business needs

  • Storyboarding, building user flows, prototyping, and research techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with customer acquisition journeys in high-volume, consumer services domains
