As a Senior Product Designer, you will work on Dashlane’s core product, focusing on improving the user experience for business and personal customers. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to drive innovation and ensure solutions are user-centric and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Be a key member of a high-performing team solving for the Admin persona and its end-users
- Contribute to a best-in-class user experience with an experimental mindset driving breakthroughs
- Master the balance between intuitive patterns and disruptive ideas by drafting and challenging hypotheses
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to drive the conversation from problem discovery to solution
- Advocate for user-centric approaches, influence product decisions, and ensure solutions are implemented in an intuitive, scalable manner
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a digital product development environment
- 4+ years of experience working in close partnership with engineers and product managers
- Prior and significant experience on a SaaS product and B2B/Enterprise solutions
- Full professional mastery of English, both verbal and written
- 3+ years of experience in Figma and familiarity with building reusable components or contributing to a Design System
- Experience storyboarding, building user flows, prototyping, and applying research techniques such as Card Sorting, Experience Maps, Opportunity Mapping, and various Usability Testing methodologies
