Product Designer, Lyft Pass (Consumer)

The Product Designer will create compelling design visions and drive design strategy for Lyft Pass, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build innovative experiences. They will problem-solve and iterate on design concepts while advocating for design within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Create a compelling design vision and identify new product opportunities
- Drive design strategy for Lyft Pass, and collaborate with other teams to create unified patterns and components
- Design intuitive yet powerful experiences that can scale across different use cases
- Co-lead with cross-functional partners on product strategy and process
- Influence cross-functional and cross-team efforts to build innovative and impactful experiences
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working in UX, UI, HCI related field
- Experience working on consumer mobile products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with user research methods and analysis
- Expertise with Figma and other prototyping tools
- Excellence in design craft
- Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team
