The Graphic Designer will create engaging visuals for various channels and contribute to the creative direction of campaigns and corporate initiatives. They will ensure brand consistency while managing multiple design projects and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Designing engaging, high-quality visuals for various channels, such as digital, web, print, out-of-home, and more
- Contributing to the creative direction and visual storytelling for campaigns, sponsorships, and corporate initiatives
- Ensuring brand consistency and quality across all creative materials while helping evolve and modernize 407 ETR’s visual identity
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and translate them into clear, effective design solutions
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with deadlines and business needs
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent professional experience
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency environment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva or Figma)
- Solid understanding of responsive and accessible design and AODA
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate brand strategy into creative visuals
