Production Graphic Designer (Contractor)

The contractor will support digital asset production by applying the Illustrative Mathematics brand system across various platforms. This includes producing social media graphics, formatting emails, and standardizing Google Slides and Docs.

Responsibilities

• Produce graphics using existing templates
• Apply correct typography, color, spacing, and layout based on the IM brand guidelines
• Format graphics for posts that highlight blog content, news articles, press releases, and job postings
• Email Formatting Transfer and format copy from Google Docs into approved Salesforce email templates
• Ensure consistent styling and layout (training for Salesforce Pardot will be provided as needed)
• Google Slides and Docs professionalizing
• Clean up and standardize Google Slides and Google Docs
• Apply the IM brand system correctly for fonts, colors, spacing, and hierarchy

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines and instructions
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign
• Familiarity with optimizing graphics for web and social
• Experience working in Google Slides and Google Docs
• Experience working from templates or within an established brand system
• Knowledge of formatting emails in a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc)
