Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create and produce design solutions for various channels while maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities include designing visual content, improving print assets for digital use, and collaborating with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design and deliver visual content across multiple channels, aligning with the overall brand/marketing strategies and business objectives and keeping accessibility and usability in mind
• Repurpose and improve print design assets to produce engaging digital solutions that apply a user-centered design approach
• Make recommendations on designs and revisions to elevate our guests’ experiences
• Support all brands within the portfolio by providing a range of materials including in-park signage, point-of-sales materials, sales support materials, merchandising and packaging designs, logos and brand guidelines, email and web graphics and other materials as needed
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments within the organization and function within a team environment
• Translate creative briefs into visual design by working with cross-functional teams from concept to execution
• Assist with organizing and adding to a digital asset management system, applying appropriate tags/keywords as needed
• Photo retouching, color-correcting and compositing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is required
• 4-6 years of total work-related experience is required
• Keeps current on design trends, technology, and social media trends/best practices
• Clear understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
