Lead and execute high-impact design projects while maintaining a high design quality bar. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective visual solutions that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high-impact design projects hands-on, serving as a senior individual contributor
- Set and maintain a high design quality bar through direct ownership of key deliverables
- Develop and evolve the brand’s visual identity across core marketing channels
- Turn business and marketing goals into effective visual solutions
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, web, and marketing teams on cross-functional initiatives
- Incorporate feedback and refine deliverables to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact
- Support and mentor designers’ growth into experts through performance reviews and day-to-day collaboration
- Help plan and prioritize design work across sprints and key initiatives
- Ensure alignment on creative direction and consistency across outputs
- Contribute to a strong, inclusive, and collaborative design culture
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading large-scale design projects (B2B experience is a plus)
- Experience managing a creative team and conducting performance reviews
- Solid knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI image generation tools
- Proven expertise in brand identity development
- Familiarity with video production, demand gen advertising, or similar projects
- Awareness of design trends and consumer behavior, with the ability to apply insights
- Strong communication, English language, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
