The Graphic Designer will develop high-quality visual assets for various digital campaigns and collaborate with the creative team to execute design concepts. They will also ensure that all design outputs adhere to best practices and participate in client meetings to present work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media content, research deliverables, presentations, and client brand projects
  • Create digital-first content including social media graphics, infographics, motion snippets, landing page layouts, and email templates
  • Support the development and evolution of visual identities, including initial concepting, brand systems, and rollout materials
  • Work with a variety of design tools
  • Work closely with digital campaign strategists, researchers, social media teams, and client leads to translate messaging and insights into thoughtful, effective design solutions

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Typography, hierarchy, spacing, colour application, accessibility standards, version control
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with design tools including: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
