The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creative vision for proposals and related projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and client requirements. Responsibilities include developing creative concepts, overseeing graphic design execution, and collaborating with internal clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and provide artistic direction for proposals and work-winning related projects
- Collaborate with internal clients to understand their needs and present creative concepts
- Brainstorm and ideate to generate new ideas and concepts for proposals and graphic design projects
- Oversee and own the layout and visual impact of marketing materials
- Review and approve creative work, providing constructive feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Graphic Design or equivalent
- 15+ years of experience in architecture and design industry
- Experience with proposal and collateral graphic design for A/E industry
- Knowledgeable in graphic design trends and best practices
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
