Product Designer

The Product Designer will collaborate with engineers and cofounders to understand customer problems and ship significant features. They will also be responsible for generating high-fidelity mocks and building the design system.
Responsibilities
- Hand off designs to engineering within your first 7 days
- Dig into and understand customer problems/feedback
- Collaborate with product and engineering throughout a project
- Navigate both the problem and solution space with cofounders and peers
- Communicate differing opinions and make/facilitate constructive decisions
- Think through the broad user flows for new features
- Generate high fidelity mocks and think through UI/UX
- Build up the design system alongside Wendy, Ben, and Oliver and engineering partners
- Validate design choices with analytics
Requirements
- Located in (or will relocate to) San Francisco and excited about working in-person
- Very organized and hard working and fast
- An interest in tinkering with the product and suggesting improvements
